   Absolutely disgusted with my visit today in the Urmston store, there was one lady who was handling the till with a massive queue around the store, absolutely no sign whatsoever of any other member of staff on the shop floor, she rang a bell to get help and finally some man came out to assist, he lasted about 2 minutes on the till and then nipped outside to have a vape, i so wish I would have got this lady’s name because she needs promotion immediately and he needs sacking!!

   I was served by such a rude lady today in pound by the name of Liz. My note to Liz is that she needs to get some common decency. I visited this store, and quieied the price. The ticket was showing up as £1, and the toll showing £3. I questioned her at the till, where she made no effort to go and check. Whilst I I went to check my partner overheard Liz speaking to another customer ‘ sorry about this, they always think they’re right, if it till says xyz’ that’s the price it is’ They whilst back at the till I apologised for holding the queue, and she starred and mentioned that the price is right. I did mentioned that there was two price tickets with the same tag Note to management I think you should train your staff on actuallly how to speak to people. Liz all the best will 2023, hope it’s as nice as you treat people.

   Poundland is a good shop to have on the high street, because everybody seems to use it. Everytime I go in to purchase something I end up spending a small fortune there. And the staff are friendly and helpful.

   Great shop, wasnt too busy when we called in. There was a couple of items on the shelves I needed more of. This will be in Monday 12th August 19. Are you sure as if I buy these I need more, "definatly". Hmm, ok 3* for now, more if I havnt had a wasted journey Monday/Tues Morning after unpacking the Delivery.

   Very good range of products including food, DIY, homewares, toiletries etc and great value. Be aware that not everything is a pound these days though, some of things are more, but conversely I brought a packet of seeds fo 50p today. Thoroughly recommended.
