   I recently had a disappointing experience with bard service when I was looking to spend £300 on a single bottle of wine. Despite my high budget, all their solutions seemed to be directing me to spend my money elsewhere. Additionally, I wanted to taste one or two wines before making a decision, but the staff seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I had high expectations for the level of service and expertise I would receive when spending such a significant amount of money, but unfortunately, bard service fell short. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a personalized and attentive wine-buying experience.

   We used Majestic Gidea Park to source all of the beer, wine, and spirits, for our wedding. They were extremely professional and responsive in placing the order and coordinating with our catering company to deliver and recollect. Brad even delivered the leftover after the event to a different Majestic store so we could more easily collect it!

   Hi, today morning 10am I called Majistic wine gideapark main road branch to place an order n also request them to keep aside all wines as usual. The lady worked to as a customer service assistant, siriously not helpful . The white wine was on the palate n she said it will take 45min to take out from palette , she gave nearest red wine instead of white wine which I ordered . I was with Majistic wine from 2012. Always had great service, but this time n before also this lady assistant whether she do not know her store well or just not helpful or just wanna pass her time, sorry for this. Really not happy at all, I am at work still n my husband picked all wines from his work, so I placed my order sharp 10 am when they open this morning. I repeated my order 3 times, to confirm that. Sorry Natalia ( manager of this branch) no other way to inform this wrong assistance compare with ur store.
