   I had such a positive experience at Superdrug Crown Point thanks to Berni. She went above and beyond—helping me find some medication that was almost impossible to track down, suggesting a brilliant alternative when one item was out of stock, and even bringing me a basket when she noticed my hands were full. All done with genuine warmth and efficiency. In a world where good service is increasingly rare, Berni stood out as exceptional. She is a credit to the company and definitely deserves a pay rise. I’ll be coming back with my family and recommending this branch to everyone.

   Had my eyebrows waxed in the beauty studio in Superdrug as my usual eyebrow girl was booked up. Asked for a tidy up…. I have left with one eyebrow pretty much as the other she’s completely reshaped and made so thin there’s literally a line of hair left. I am so upset as the woman has completely ruined my eyebrows. A tidy up is the hairs that start to grow underneath the eyebrow shape/that start going down towards the eyelid, not completely taking off my eyebrow, I’ve literally got one line of hair left. Would not recommend!!!!

   Rang the store this morning to check if an ear piercing specialist would be in store today and we were told they would be there between 11am and 5pm. So we drove 10 miles down to the store to be told that the ear piercing specialist wasn’t coming into store today and the member of staff we asked for help told us she had no idea when the specialist would be back in. If this was the case, why couldn’t the member of staff we spoke to on the phone told us this and have saved us a journey?? I’m confused as to why this complacency occurred when Superdrug are pushing their ear piercing service in every store, surely they should be trying to attract as many customers as possible from the competition, such as Claire’s. Furthermore, to be more reliable, try having more than one ear piercing specialist per store.

   Nice large superdrug store, clean spacious and well stocked. This store is local to me so i use all the time. I always find the staff are friendly and very helpful. Its on a retail park so there is plenty of free parking and other shops to look around. It is in the town centre and close to all bus stops.
