We bought a Torelli table and chair set earlier this year. Very helpful lady and gentleman helped us mix and match the table and chairs, also keeping us updated as we wanted it in time for Xmas (we needn’t have worked, was delivered promptly). Extremely happy with the dining set and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, thank you!
4.2.25 - Yesterday we called on chance in this wonderful shop. Martin greeted us and was as helpful as always. As from previous reviews you can see we have bought quite a few pieces of dark wood furniture from them. My hysband spotted a faux leather top coffee table in the sale £149 which Martin agreed to deliver free the next day. We paid and today as promised Martin delivered it and it is wonderful. Previous we have just bought two beautiful pieces of furniture for M &A and once again they have done an excellent job. Service is always first class, they are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We also had free delivery. This is the fifth time we have bought from them and they never disappoint. We would definitely recommend them.
Came here with my partner looking for cabinets. Lady owner greeted the man before us upon entering asked if he needed help, then totally ignore myself and my partner. No greeting, no goodbye no smile, no offer of help just a long miserable face. Why? Maybe because i was wearing a tracksuit? Id rather not part with my money here!
Got a lovely side table from here, love it - so well made! No more Ikea flat packs for me!
Visited this shop today after being recommended by a family member, I must say I was very impressed with the service. I took my mother who has Alzheimer's, looking for more suitable seating for mum in her lounge, the gentleman was very helpful and gave us excellent advise on which ones would be best suited to my Mum. We had in mind a 2 seater sofa, but after advise we purchased a chair, no pressure selling, just knowledgeable advise... mum and I walked away very happy with her new purchase. And I would like to say how impressed I was at how well mum was treated, sometimes people tend to talk to just me, as mums illness is quite obvious but they spoke to mum in a way we would all want to be spoken to, with or without her type of illness... thank you
