Sylwia is amazing! She really worked out the knots in my neck and back, and the hot stones were such a nice touch. Felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Definitely going back!
This is the second hot stone massage I've had here with Sylwia and one of the best I've experienced. The selection of oils and aromas is a nice touch too.

David is great for chiro and acupuncture. I felt listened to with my sore back and he gave lots of advice to help myself e.g. posture, stretching and lifestyle. Unlike some other chiropractors he doesn't just want you to keep coming back to make money.
Visited Dao holistic centre after a Vasor Lipo procedure for lymphatic drainage, my therapist was Sylvia who is a lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble she answered all my questions and took a general interest in my recovery, the centre is very clean and comfortable and the treatment has been brilliant and my surgeon is amazed at the results she has done with her massages highly recommended

Had my first deep tissue massage and cupping today with adrian, and was very positive! He listened to what I was describing and skilfully informed me off what I would need. Very comforting and reassuring as it was my first time. He fully made me aware what I needed was going to cause discomfort momentarily but will do me the world of good later on.
