   There is alot to be said about supporting our local shops and suppliers. This Company proves that theory. Myself and daughter visited. The staff member was so knowledgeable and spent time with us to ensure we got it right. Bed ordered, paid for and delivered within the 2 week timeframe. Delighted with it. Fantastic customer service. Delivery guys were amazing and will build your bed for a small fee on delivery. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

   Would highly recommend this local business rather than visiting a large retailer. Assistance in the shop was excellent offering different choices and options. Prices are extremely reasonable. Delivery was of a high standard and the guys delivering were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I am glad I chose this retailer as I wish to support local businesses and I was extremely pleased that I did.

   This was my second time purchasing a bed as the service was so good the first time. This time was even better! Helen knew the priority for me was getting the mattress asap so within 3 days of ordering, it was delivered (by Helen!) and the bed came the week after. Brilliant service in store, lots of good advice and the delivery team were great too, and happy to put the bed together for a small fee of £10 on the day. Thanks again

   Being desperate for a new mattress ( suffering with a bad back ) I set out to the “big boys “- Bensons & Dreams - to learn there would be a 2 to 5 WEEK wait for delivery! Stumbled upon Sleeptight only 10mins drive from home, and was served by the lovely Jude. She could have easily sold me a very expensive mattress, as I was in severe pain and desperate for a new one. Instead she sold me a very moderately priced one which was comfortable yet supportive. Her husband Gary then carried it to my car so I could have it ASAP ( they would have delivered the next day even! Excellent Customer care and a great showroom and selection. I highly recommend them and will return in the future.
