   Bought a beautiful bed base and headboard from this shop in hindley lovely lady in the show room very helpful however the same cannot be said for the owner of this company. After having a problem with the base within 6 weeks after delivery he refused to come out to look at it, all we wanted was a replacement base which he was not preppered to do, he said he would give a refund via check even though we made a card payment. After speaking to citizens advice they said the refund should be the same way as the purchase was made and this is also part of the consumer rights act 2015 I made him aware of this but still he refused to comply with this government legislation. I have given 1 star as the lady in the show room was absolutely lovely.

   Hi there my name is Anthony I havnt yet got myself a bed but would Highley recommend and will be going back for a bed the ladie i spoken with is very friendly and very helpful and allowed me to test one of the beds due to my disability I will be going back with my partner and letting my partner have her choice as I am happy the beds are the best choice for me and can guarantee the beds will be good for my partner most thanks to the staff member who I had a good chat with thank you
