Would give zero stars if I could. I went into store and purchased some MUA products. They had an offer on where you get a free lip gloss if you spend £6 or more. I spent £11 and then asked for a lipgloss. The lady at the till spoke to the manager on the earpiece to get me a lip gloss and then less than a minute later the lady at the till told me that the offer had expired. I said that I'd seen the offer on the MUA stand and it was still valid and she said they had ran out of lip glosses, which didn't make sense one minute the offer's not valid the next the gift isn't in stock even though I'd seen them but I wasn't tall enough to reach them. I said that I could show the manager where I'd seen offer and when I went they'd removed the entire cardboard stand and dragged it off into the back so that I was humilliated and embarrassed. They gave me a refund and looked smug. The ladies were all laughing and chatting amongst themselves after. Told them how angry I was and they just stared smugly holding in more laughs. It's not about the lip gloss any more, it's about the principle behind the way I was treated and denied something I was entitled to. Horrid store, me and my family won't be going there again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
