   The labelled prices on almost all items are incorrect. Ended up spending more than intended since you find out it's a different price only when at checkout. The store assistants clearly barely want to do their job, very rude and dismissive.

   If i could give this branch -100000 rating i would. I have never experienced such childish unprofessional staff in any other Superdrug branch across the Uk. I truly believe i was racially profiled as the Wilmslow branch is in a culturally diverse area. The young blonde female working the tills was absolutely disgusting (i wish unprofessional was a strong enough word to cut it), she proceeded to make my time at the store uncomfortable by laughing and incessantly staring at me, whilst making comments about me towards her co workers. When i approached the till to pay and she noticed i spoke good english, she then attempted to disguise her laughter by making weird faces towards her coworkers at the back. I’m still in shock that as a member of staff you could treat members of the public so callously. The level of cultural ignorance i experienced was beyond me, i hope management take this seriously and retrain their staff on good costumer service, cultural competency, and above all how to show basic human decency as this clearly not common sense to her.

   I kindly suggest that the management provide further training to the staff on proper manners. One of the employees I asked for help in finding an item pointed to it using their foot, which was quite inappropriate. Other than that, the service was generally good, though I believe the overall friendliness could still be improved.

   One of the girls showing v snooty, cliquey behaviour w the others, also didn’t say hi to us giving side eye but then said hi so loudly and over-enthusiastically to the next customer.. my younger sis who lives locally says she’s always weird/mean to her

   Very bad service. No tester for the makeup section. The staff are very rude. Especially the white man and lady staff. Very upsetting. Unfortunately No customer service skill.

   I have been looking for a good affordable perfume for a very long time. A friend of mine recommended superdrug as its small and has a good reputation. Not only did i find my new favourite, the young lady who helped me, Noshin was so kind and helpful- very determined and professional. Definetely coming back more often!!

   Good clean helpful shop. Can be hit or miss on items. I never pay full price and always shop around for the cheapest available. I stock up when they have discounts like 241 or half price items. Good tip check next door in lidl they have the same items nearly half the price over a full price item here. Staff are nice and I would definitely recommend shopping here. Just make sure you are not paying over the odds.
