Rubbish taste, rubbish value and definitely rubbish customer service when encountering an issue. Tried to be polite but they make it hard

I don’t usually post reviews but I just wanted to share that Jake Smith and Taran have been fantastic at the west Drayton branch. I love the fact that this isn’t just a vape shop but the time they take to give advice and actually talk about the NHS partnership has filled me with confidence that this is the only place i should buy my vapes from! They are exactly what I train my staff to be like.
