Putting an Xbox One on a buyback I buy the item back then find out later on no control or no wire was put back in I am now being told there's nothing that can be done the shop has now stolen my items and he's unwilling to do anything

Bought a very large holdall/bag online via the Hyde CC website. It was very difficult/bulky to package but the manager, seeing my address, realised she lived close by so I was contacted and she very kindly dropped the holdall off on her way home. Great service and initiative, thank you CC Hyde...particularly the manager lady.

Cancelled my order without any explanation AFTER I had already paid and sold it to someone else.
The staff here are wonderful and always serve their customers with a smile and the store itself has a great welcoming atmosphere They have a great range of electrical products with great prices as well. And lastly the staff who deal with the selling/ buybacks department always try their best to help their customers and are always looking out for their customers financial needs which is not always the case with other competitive pawn shops. 5 stars from me
If you purchase something from Here and you that there is a problem with it, when you take it back they won't give you your money back. They'll only offer a credit note even though they sold it to you broke. Also if they notice that you are desperate for money when you're trying to pawn something in, they will give you a lot less than what they would normally. They purposefully prey on the poor. I pawned an £800 bike there a couple of years ago, i was desperate and down on my luck. They noticed this and only gave me £60. A month later they sold it for £600 on their website
Anything this store can do to make your life more difficult they will without doubt do and they genuinely seem to revel in it then give some thinly-veiled excuse about it being for the 'customers' own benefit'. The store manager is incredibly dismissive and doesn't want to get their hands dirty with anything at all. To cap it all off, sending a watch with a dead battery is apparently 'ok' in their book. Avoid at all costs...
