   Had my engagement ring custom made here using my own stones. Great service! The diamond did fall out though but I found it and they put it back in. Great service the second time. It looks more secure now and the ring is so shiny again. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

   The staff give great service ( especially the lady with long hair.) and are very knowledgeable. Although the store is shop is very intimate, and the stock isn’t always massive… I would much rather by jewellery here rather than a massive chain. Great job ladies…

   Waste of time ! Rang before going to explain what I had - yes come down - got there - 5 mjns later " Because of the amount we will have to send it away to be valued " I could have done that but wanted to deal with a proper shop - if you have anything above £25 !!! I suggest you save your time and effort and avoid here
