1. Total “Total Transformation” Transformation ★☆☆☆☆

   Went in for Piriton as I’d heard it was buy one get one half price. They only had one dummy box on the shelf £6.90 but plenty more in pharmacy. In pharmacy it is £7.45 for same item and not in promotion. I said ok, I’ll take just one. Staff member unwilling to help me get promotion and then tried to charge me £7.40 until I showed her it was £6.90 on the shelf. Firstly why is it different behind the pharmacy counter, and secondly why can’t the staff in there be more friendly. Not the first time I’ve had bad service there. Wine be going again.

   Called into the pharmacy today after needing a prescription. My doctor had sent it to the wrong place, the guys here sorted it and dispensed within 30 minutes. Very impressed with the service, means all the more as I’m feeling so ill. Thank you for your help!

   A decent little Boots. It doesn't have everything the larger stores have but it still has a decent collection that should give you everything you might need to pick up if you are passing. Since the shop is on one of the main roads through Knutsford it doesn't have any dedicated parking so you will have to find somewhere to park and walk or drop someone off and then loop back around and pick them up.

   Pharmacy review: I took my two young children for chicken pox vaccines and feel compelled to write a quick review of the pharmacy and the pharmacist there. I didn’t get his name unfortunately, as I was juggling a one and two year old, but he was absolutely wonderful. Very calm and good with my children, professional and a pleasant demeanour. I was a little anxious taking both of them in and knowing at least one of them would be upset but he did the vaccinations quickly and calmly and it was a very positive experience. He was also clear about guidelines for the after effects and I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout. Thank you for making what could be a stressful event a calm and straightforward experience. I’d absolutely recommend this Boots pharmacy based on our experience.
