We bought a Polperro stripe rug 300 x 250cm in July 2022, so its now 6 months old. I can honestly say it's the worst thing I have ever bought. It looks as though it has been down for years despite there being only two adults at home. It sits underneath a dining table and sofa. Each time a chair moves It stretches or rucks up, it is now looking very worn too, especially where our feet are in front of the sofa. When I saw it was made from recycled plastic bottles I thought it would be tough, not so. I thought I would be helping the environment by buying something that was recycled. But no, I now have to replace it with another rug. At £450 I expected it to last more than 6 months. Would I buy another? most definitely not!
Made 450£ payment for a 4 week delivery No communications for 1 month, no emails, no order confirmation, nothing. Chased them on email twice only to receive a vague response that the delivery will be delayed a further 3-4 months. Had to email twice and then call them chase my refund.
I love everything about this shop! Full of unusual and ethical gifts and homewear that you won't find in most shops, the adjourning clothes & accessories shop has some gorgeous items too.. Made even better by the fact that profits fund the owner's wildlife rescue sanctuary. (handy location being right next to a lovely garden centre too!)
Purchased large and small tables from Haven Delivery was swift, product finish was great, all round an excellent service. Highly recommended!! We will be buying from from Jenny@Haven again.
