Lovely lady today working at the perfume counter. Very polite, sweet and helpful. Helped me and my friend get the right perfumes we were looking for. She made us feel welcomed and appreciate. Asian woman called Zarna bless her really nice while trying to juggle 3 customers.
I went to the Trafford beauty studio to get my eyebrows threaded. I wasn't asked how I wanted them done so I made sure to say to them that I just wanted a tidy up. The woman then proceeded to hack at my eyebrows. She didn't check in with me how they looked. She was very bitter and sarky the entire time saying things such as I've obviously not had my eyebrows threaded before (I have). We changed to waxing but afterwards she kept plucking at my eyebrows which got me very stressed as I had just asked for a tidy up. She showed me her work at the end and now my eyebrows are very thin, look almost drawn on and are uneven. I will not be coming back or be recommending them as I found their service very unprofessional, stressful and not what I had asked for.
I love Superdrug. The Vitamin E cream has been a lifesaver for my daughter's eczema. The shop at Trafford Centre is well laid out and the staff friendly.
I went to Superdrug last week, got my eyebrows done and I would say Iram (she’s one of the Superdrug staffs) was so great! She gave an excellent advice, friendly and I could feel she got a heart of a customer service role! Very happy and satisfied indeed.
Iram and mahnaz are not just lovely people but are truly amazing at what they do. I am very grateful they did such a fantastic job threading, shaping and dyeing my eyebrows. They are very quick and efficient at what they do. You don't have to wait long. You can tell they truly love what they do and are very easy to talk to. Thankyou
We went into the store today and was shocked as to how we were treated by the staff at the store. Went to the MUA stand to buy a couple of products as they had a big sale on. Bought a couple of products and went to the tills to checkout and was met by the woman you charged full price and as we went to explain the sale they wouldn’t listen and was adamant that they were correct when In fact they weren’t. They looked between each other as if we weren’t there exchanging looks. Finally a nice woman did in fact confirm we were correct and asked the nice assistant manager to sort it out.
I had my eyebrows done. The only good thing was the lady took me to the till so I didn't need to queue up to pay. The whole time she was not focused on the job of doing my brows rather than trying to serve someone else who wanted piercing. She didnt ask my preference, all I needed was a tidy. My brows are now really thin and over done. She left the messy. Totally unprofessional. The other lady who was there pre lockdown was far better.
