One of the best branches; great service and some real bargains to be had - the Apple Watch Ultra 2 that I purchased was almost half the price of an Apple Refurb and was immaculate. Unreservedly recommended!
I bought a sealed laptop from the Bury store - they gave me speedy next day delivery, unfortunately there was a minor software problem that I managed to get sorted. Meanwhile the manager (Alex) took ownership of my problem & offered a free return to get the laptop working. It was not required but I was very impressed by the standard of customer service. I will definitely shop with Cash Converters again.
Friendly lady served me today who kept a respectful distance until I needed her. She was very thorough and quick at bagging up the item I wanted. She also ensured that it wouldn’t get damaged on the way home. Thanks
Called into cash converters to try a citizen watch on, Rachel was so very helpful, I also bought a family member a fishing reel and a new rucksack and a fantastic price. I called back a few days later and was helped by another fantastic person who was so very helpful, Katie good luck with your new post. Absolutely brilliant customer service, I ordered a ps4 online wheb it arrived there was a problem with the controller, phoned the shop up and the staff were very helpful and friendly and made sure the problem was resolved as quick as possible. Can't say a bad word about them

I got an email confirming it was clear as I’d had problems with a previous store with Apple Watch still having it on. It arrived in no time and set it up in minutes great buy great Watch. I’m not one who makes it a habit of writing reviews, but I do feel compelled to in this case. I was desperately trying to find a used Nintendo Switch at the last minute for Christmas, and stumbled upon Cash Converters offer of it. I didn’t know them and their name sounded generic so I almost didn’t pursue it, but I’m very grateful that I did. Alex there couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. The thing arrived exactly as described - in great condition. Realising it was a gift for my kid, Alex took pains to arrange it arriving in a better, undamaged box rather than the one it had currently been in. I greatly appreciated not just the condition of the gift (which has been a huge hit) but also dealing with a seller online who was actually kind and concerned about what he was selling!
