   Went in with a list of vapes that I was interested in and also in the top 10 best review on Google, walked out with another vape (not mentioned in any Google top 10 review) and was extremely satisfied. Service, selection of vapes, accessories and knowledge was superb and my vape setup was customized for exactly the type of vaping I wanted to do. Will definitely be my go-to vape shop in the future.

   Went in to buy a completely new vape and some juices, got served by Ben and he was excellent with producing me with information about what the best Vape would be for me and helped me find different juices that I liked. Will definitely recommend coming to this vape shop.

   I went into the store for the second time today, first time i just went in to quickly grab cotton the employee who served me was very friendly. But today I experienced probably the best customer service I've ever had from Ben the store wasn't busy I came in not really knowing what i wanted but I ended up buying some things to make coils, and I asked Ben if he could show me how to use the product, so he unboxed it for me and we spent over an hour talking about vaping and he explained to me how to make coils (the ones he made for me are amazing loads of clouds) I also had a very nice chat with him while he was showing me things Ben is very approachable and a huge asset to the store, I'll be visiting again soon. I also love all the test tanks that you have out, amazing idea really helps you decide what you want. To anyone in leatherhead this is the place to go for your vaping needs.
