Please avoid this company they are still showing courses you can book. They take your money and don’t give you a certificate I received an email from them last week that you can compete your course and will not get a certificate as they have gone in administration. Wasted £400

**BEWARE OF SCAM** do not pay into this; please do further research. unfortunately after very nearly paying close to 2 grand towards oxbridge home learning, i have found out that this company has gone into administration and is bust. they are attempting to rebrand under the name ‘Barston College’, if you check the corresponding website address it also leads to here. check trust pilot reviews by recent, allegedly they have not paid employees or even sent out details to logins or anything- and it makes sense why. it is absolutely beyond me how they can still take enrolments despite their situation, and it’s shocking how easy it is to fall into their scam given previously good reputation. please do not give your money to this company. this conduct is appalling and absolutely predatory towards students.

Completed my whole course they have now cut all communication and I haven’t received my certificate so I will lose my university place. Absolutely appalling communication. Has put me through a lot of stress and I have lost money due to this.

I have done a couple of courses with you. I passed level 3 in mental health February of this year, and I am still awaiting my certificate . I have tried to make contact several ways with no response what so ever. Very poor communication and very unprofessional. I also feel this is theft I paid for the course in full and nothing to show for it. Will never enrol with you again. Very angry and upset.

I purchased a course over a year ago and passed the first assignment easily but for some reason was given a different tutor who marked me very unfairly and made no sense at all on the 2nd assignment. I was told I had “plucked information out of thin air’ when she had clearly failed to read the text herself as it was right there. After trying to submit my assignment twice and failed both times I requested help for this to be looked into and it was never investigated. I just lost interest and I felt the way my work was graded was oddly blunt and negative. They are so keen to take your money but no support whatsoever. The course structure is very odd (criminology for reference) I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase these courses-sorry!

Extremely unhappy with my course Tutors feel unavailable and hard to contact and when you are able to get in touch they are relatively unhelpful telling my things I already know. The grading is slow with each task taking well over a month to be returned to me making it hard to complete the course in time. Aiming to achieve a distinction is almost out of the question which is the grade I, unfortunately need to attend university ,with tasks taking too long considering the time they take to mark, corrections being as silly as English vs American spellings and feeling overall unsupported and unhappy with my decision in taking the level 3 travel and tourism course.

Really terrible experience. They say they have supportive tutors but actually they only provide admin support and don't teach or help you when you ask a question about the subject. One tutor said they have too many students to provide teaching or clarification on topics that you're struggling with, so they only help make study plans. The courses have lots of content missing which you don't discover until you have paid and then they won't refund you. Very argumentative company, they don't admit any mistakes, are defensive to feedback, and are generally really unhelpful.

It took me a while to think about my review. Actually, I am quite sad about it because my journey with Oxbridge is quite long(since 2020). Everything was absolutely fine and the communication was really good. I have completed my Level 5 Diploma in childcare since September and I haven’t received my certificate. I have asked them million times to keep me updated about why we have this kind of delays, and if there is no updates why is that. I think that I have every right to know when we talk about a high level academic course. I have told them that this specific course is really vital because I need *credit transfer for my university degree. They never reply to my emails and if they do they are insufficient and unclear with me. Unfortunately, the communication now with Oxbridge is really poor and they have left me for many weeks in the dark. This is not nice for a Training Provider and even more for the Awarding Body(NCFE). It’s quite sad that I run like a child when I see the postman to check if he holds the envelope with my certificate. **NOTE** I totally understand that they are processes which we cannot avoid such as IQA and EQA, but I have asked dozens of times to keep me updated. I am sad to say that, but you can find more serious Training Providers.

This company lies about the level of courses they sell! Was sold a "Level 4" Diploma that is useless as it isn't actually recognised as a Level 4. They have now removed all the wording that indicated "level 4" from the website and marketing for the course, after they already sold it as such to probably thousands of people! I would stay well away from this company and their fraudulent courses.

I stupidly provided my mobile number & email address in order to download a prospectus and I have been hounded since with emails and phone calls. I asked you to remove details via the unsubscribe option in the emails and the contact has continued. Your number is now blocked, please stop leaving me voicemails - the prospectus was for a friend anyway who isn’t interested. Next step is to report you to the ICO
