After placing an order that took an astonishing five weeks to arrive, the product was delivered in a condition that was far from satisfactory. Despite their claims of being willing to address the issue, I was met with nothing but unresponsiveness and disregard for my concerns. Initially, I was promised a replacement for the model I had ordered, along with compensation for the significant delay. However, the promises made were never upheld. Even worse, my attempts to communicate with their customer service department via both phone and email were met with a wall of silence. This unprofessional behavior left me without any option for resolving the matter. To make matters worse, when I opted to return the subpar product, I was told to bear the return shipping costs of 47 euros. These costs were a direct result of K And K Express Goods' mishandling of the order and their inability to provide adequate customer support. It's truly disappointing to see a company display such a lack of integrity and customer care. I caution anyone considering making a purchase from K And K Express Goods to seriously reconsider. The way they handled my situation speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers, which, from my experience, is close to non-existent. However, the prolonged lack of communication left me with no choice but to escalate my concerns through platforms like PayPal, where my voice was finally heard. My intention was never to create a negative experience, but rather to have a responsive and responsible resolution. I believe that open communication is key in such situations, and I regret that it had to come to this level of dissatisfaction for my concerns to be acknowledged. Lastly, while you mention a "full refund," it's important to clarify that this did not include the return shipping costs I had to bear, which were a result of the problems with the order and your company's lack of support. While I understand that this might be a lost battle, it's important for me to share my experience with others. I believe that transparency is crucial, and I hope my review gives potential customers a more comprehensive view of the challenges I faced.
