First time visit and excellent service. Had a gait test and the owner was bang on in everything. Not new to running but little in last couple of years as ride mostly. Purchased some Brooks as recommended for my gait, done a few runs since on various terrain and zero niggles. Just great service.

Thank goodness, a quality sports store in Beccles. Whatever your sport, check them out first! They have an excellent range of quality sporting products and are knowledgeable, offering, as you'd expect, great customer service. Keep it local, I say, and avoid cheap and cheerful clicks. If not already, have a good look round before rushing into your next online purchase. I've had two tennis rackets restrung, amongst other things, one on a same day turnaround, and been delighted with the service and results.
