I have been experiencing issues with a manual air pump for my, PCP. I contacted Vector Air and spoke to couple of staff members. They were extremely helpful and have rectified the issue with no quibbles. I am very grateful. Well done Vector air. (And their staff, I apologise for not getting their names).

I won’t go elsewhere now, literally perfect, then without asking a discount available online was given, reducing my bill by hundreds of pounds. You don’t get that sort of buying experience often!
Great service from vector Air, ordered a kral puncher k in kit form they even got me it in a .25 caliber, unfortunately there was some damage to the stock upon unboxing, but the guys at vector Air was more than happy to sort that without any questions they replaced the stock as soon as I brought it back, very happy with the service and products and will be recommending them the others.
This is the 3rd air rifle that I have purchased from vector air and always been a smooth and efficient service. Had an issue with my latest purchase with a missing magazine but they promptly sent me mags in the post. Definitely will be doing more business in the future
Can't fault any aspect of my dealings with Vector Air. Great service and good price. Bought my first gun , CO2 rifle just for a bit of plinking and bits and bobs. They even managed to arrange delivery for me, even though outside their normal area so above and beyond the call of duty. Now if it will only stop ruddy raining so I can setup my backstop and targets!
Bought an AGT uragan and vo continental scope from vector air. Great service and comns. Carl is always ready to offer help and advice , Julie was very helpful regarding packing and shipping off the items. Would recommend vector air, will definitely buy from them in the future.
