    Parking in the street or behind the building (free). Loads of stuff there. Cleanliness level 2/5. More than a half of products don't have prices on, so you look, wonder and leave, because staff is always busy. However staff is absolutely brilliant.

    Had a really bad experience here with really unhelpful staff. Tried to ask for help 3 times and was just mumbled at. When I went to pay, the cashier picked up her mobile and started speaking to the caller instead of even acknowledging I was there…. so I ended up just putting all my shopping down and marching the kids out (sad as they had chosen toys!)… anyway, we walked down to Boyes, received excellent customer service AND everything ended up being cheaper at Boyes so happy days.

    rude and ignorant staff member.i have gone here for many years to buy gardening netting.i am 69 and have cateracts coming on.i went in with my reading glasses hanging around my neck. asking politely for cable ties i got the word gardening and pointing to the side room.unable to find them i returned to the desk and said i cannot see them.with much uffing and puffing and attitude because she actualy had to move i followed her and then got told if you put your glasses on you will see them. having enough of this attitude i left and went up the road to boyes were if got what i wanted i will never enter this store again.i only go past this shop a few times a year as i live in mansfield. the next time i come back from skeg and go by i hope its closed.down.
