   Deeply disappointed. Wanted to support a high street store rather than a national chain so I phoned Buttercups and Daisies to order flowers for mother's day. I called 2 weeks ahead specifically requesting mother's day delivery, (for which I have given an extra star, though there was a charge) and specifying not pink flowers and not roses. I just received a photograph from mum (I don't live in the area) showing a rather pokey bunch of 5 (!) Roses! And 2 yellow and 3 pink(!) Carnations. That's £3.50 per flower and 80% of them, the wrong type. Very unhappy. I guess this kind of service explains why the high street is suffering.

   Helpful and friendly service from Samantha. Bought two arrangements recently, one for a neighbour who had just come out of hospital, and one for a friend who was feeling under the weather. Both were well received and I was told later that that the flowers had lasted at least two weeks. So, great service, quality and a fair price. Highly recommended.
