   Where to start with this company, claim same day delivery @£7.99 but use the excuse that they have had an emergency and will deliver next day, you are generally notified at the end of the day that delivery cannot be made making it impossible to salvage the day, please read Trust Pilot, the reviews say it all, if I could give it 0 stars I would, could not cancel either because they didn’t get the email in time! They sent me notification at 5.15pm and I responded at 5.18pm asking to cancel the order and wanted a refund, flowers after the anniversary day my daughter lost her husband are completely inappropriate and upsetting for us all! They still delivered the flowers the next day - late afternoon despite my pleas not to, to say I was fuming is an understatement, all I’ll say is read the reviews, they offered to refund the delivery charge, and a lame excuse for a very difficult situation for us, , clearly this company promises same day, has no intention of delivering then offers a delivery charge refund, my advice is go elsewhere and spend your hard earn money with a business that deserves it!

   Lisa did the flowers for my dad's funeral recently. We asked for a 'Dad' wreath with some Manchester United badges. The wreath was perfect, absolutely beautiful and the price was much lower than anywhere else I've seen. Thank you Lisa. I highly recommend your service.
