   We had Anja at Norris Florist create our wedding flowers, and they were absolutely amazing. She captured us perfectly — our style, our personality, and everything we hoped for. Every arrangement was beautiful, thoughtful, and truly special. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.    Anja and her team at Norris Floristry were recommended to us and we were so incredibly grateful because the service she provided was phenomenal. Anja took our ideas for our Nanas funeral flowers and made them more beautiful than we could possibly imagine. She also managed to source a special flower that was hard to find. It’s obvious that Anja is a thoughtful and caring artist. It may seem silly to some but the way she managed to make the Ivy and wild country garden flowers seem like they were reclaiming our loved one was such a comforting and powerful visual image for us all. There was no request to difficult or awkward for her and we know they were at the funeral directors at 7:30 am to stitch the ivy to the coffin without ever letting us know of this inconvenience. I would recommend Norris Floristry to anyone with no qualms whatsoever. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

   The very best there is. Norris Floristry designed, supplied and arranged the flowers for our wedding and it was nothing short of perfect. Incredibly helpful, personal and flexible. My bouquet was beautiful and the room for our reception was completely transformed... All down to Anja's creativity and execution. We never buy our flowers from anywhere else. Also, they do really nice firelighters at Christmas :)

   Such a warm welcome in a relaxing atmosphere for a wreath making masterclass with Anja & husband Chris in their lovely shop. Tea, coffee, mulled wine and spiced biscuits provided for refreshments along with beautiful, fresh aromatic foliage and natural decorations, something for everyone. Patient, helpful instruction from Anja, great knowledge of all her materials giving creative guidance to express yourself resulting in everyone producing unique beautiful Christmas wreathes. Walking home we were stopped on the High Street and asked " where did you get those beautiful wreathes from, " we said we had just made them at Norris Floristry. The lady said she would be sure to go. If you are looking for something of great quality, unusual with that personal touch then I would highly recommend Anja at Norris Floristry.

   Anja supplied my mum’s funeral flowers yesterday and I have nothing but praise for what she created. It was exactly what we wanted & she kept in touch ( I live a great distance away) especially when she could no longer get blue hydrangeas so we chose one of my favourite flowers blue hyacinth’s instead. My mum would have laughed. Anja provides a first class service.

   Really disappointed with Norris Floristry. We are getting married next year and contacted Anja to get a quote for wedding flowers as we love the style of her work. We arranged a Skype meeting in early September and Anja said she would send us a quote the following week. 2 months on, we are still waiting for that quote. We emailed her several times, and also contacted her via Instagram and Facebook but all of these messages went unanswered. The lack of communication we experienced was really unprofessional - we contacted lots of different vendors in the process of organising our wedding, and Norris Floristry is the only one who totally ignored us. If Anja had decided she no longer wanted to provide a quote, it would have taken 2 minutes to send us an email explaining this, instead of wasting our time by keeping us in the dark. We also contacted another (more responsive!) local florist who is now making our wedding flowers, but I just wanted to share our disappointing/stressful experience with Norris Floristry.

   I took an online wreath making class before xmas and I was stunned by the quality of the wreath components, the perfectly-timed delivery of the package with tracking, and especially the expertise and patience of the instructor. This class exceeded my expectations and I recommend it without any hesitations. How nice to be able to do something like this during corona times. Thank you, Anja!
