I went in here for the first time to buy my best friend a bouquet for her 30th birthday. The lady making the bouquet was named Alena, she was super friendly and helpful and made the most beautiful bouquet in no time. Great customer service and lovely flowers that last a long time☺️
Moss and Maple processed my flowers through Interflora. The flowers had no resemblance to what was ordered and was mostly filler as opposed to stems. I would never use this florist again.
Extremely disappointed with this florist. I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. She is not mobile and lives in sheltered housing, so I gave detailed instructions on my order as to how to access her front door. They ignored the instructions and as a result tried to deliver to the wrong address. They rang my mum and told her they were outside (they weren’t, they were at the wrong address). When she didn’t come out they left the flowers in a bin outside the wrong house!! When I contacted them about this, they provided photos of the delivery. I told them the photos showed they had delivered to the wrong address, and asked for a re-delivery or a refund. Since then? Radio silence. They’ve completely ignored emails and Facebook messages. This was supposed to be something which made my mum happy on her birthday, but instead the interaction with the delivery person about the flowers has upset her, and spoilt the day. They’ve made no attempt to rectify their mistake and have kept my money but not provided any flowers.
Popped in for a simple bunch of flowers and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We started with a couple of simple ideas which were built into the most gorgeous bouquet for exactly the budget I'd suggested. We chatted and laughed all the time we were in the shop and left with huge smiles on our faces. Couldn't have asked for more.
Very bad. Please avoid. 3 dried yellow roses. 2 dried white roses. 2 - left over flowers. Rest we're filler flowers and material. That would cost 1.5 gbp per. And she charged me 55 gbp with a straight face. And this is for a 'walk in'. Pure 'greed' and 'carelessness' by a lady, more concerned about a ton of make up. And very small selection.
Very annoyed to say the least. Popped in today to get a plant for the house and the woman charged me £19.99 for this orchid. Now I’m not a flower expert so I assumed this was standard for an orchid. Until I got to M&S later that day and seen a much nicer, larger orchid for £8!!!! I feel completely ripped off. This is why people don’t shop local. I come in here often and probably won’t be coming back now. I’m hoping someone gets in touch with me to tell me it’s been a mistake and she meant £9.99. If so , I’ll change my review. If not, I’m disgusted and thinking about going back for a full refund. This is Levenshulme not Wilmslow. How can a local flower shop charge so much more for such poor quality in comparison to M&S, which is meant to be an expensive shop?
My boyfriend ordered this absolutely stunning bouquet from moss and maple for my Birthday which gave me 3 weeks of pure joy every time i walked into the room! I have never seen such beautiful two toned roses before! I would highly recommend.

She confirmed they were from yesterday, but now we've opened them to put them in the vase, we can confirm the quality of the flowers are atrocious. We left the flowers at home and went out. The house is cool and has plenty of sun during the day. After 6 hours, we've found that much of the arrangement was already wilted, discoloured, and has withered. When I bought them this morning, I expected much better as I've been a customer for over 5 years. I'm not happy about this and I'll not be coming back. Looking at some of the reviews, we can confirm the quality has dropped at this store and it's an absolute rip-off now. Loyal customer lost.

Very disappointed with our last bunch from here. Hubby has been a customer for 8+ years. Already browning and wilting within 24 hours (kept in a cool conservatory as well!!) Sent a message and pics and was ignored until I posted publicly then got a very of hand response. We know how long fresh flowers keep thank you very much. Well that's just great but you don't apply that knowledge to what you select for your bouquets. These were full price flowers not reduced! Third time I've had an issue (keep telling hubby not to come back - I suspect he'll listen this time). For reference I had a bouquet in the same room from a few day previous and they are still going strong. The ones from Moss & Maple are already in the bin! :-( Need to find another local florist to support. Bad customer service lost you a customer, not for flowers. We all make mistakes!
