   I ordered flowers for local delivery over the phone. They were so pleasant and helpful to deal with. The flowers arrived promptly and my friend was delighted. The flowers were gorgeous and my friend said the lady who delivered them was really lovely.

   Popped into the shop today for the first time and Safora made me up a beautiful bouquet of spring flowers for my niece. She was so helpful and the price was very reasonable- more than half the price of online bouquets and full of variety and freshness. This will be my go to flower shop from now on.    Safora did an absolutely stand out job with the flowers for a friends 60th birthday. Not only that, Safora organised the balloon for me, and more importantly went the extra mile to ensure the flowers were delivered on the day. When the friend wasn't in on the first try, Safora organised the taxi to get them there later that day rather than leave them on the doorstep. Fabulous. Would definitely recommend Safora and the The Flower Shop

   Had a family member ring up to arrange flowers for my grandmas funeral (wanting a 'sister') paid £150 for the arrangement and we went to pick the flowers ourselves on behalf of my grandmas sister. On the day of the funeral when we saw the flowers they were nothing like what we had chosen and where unbelievely sparsh and barely covered the frame! no way would have costed £150! To say we got all our flowers for my grandmas funeral for £150 and they were fabulous! Safe to say we are disappointment and feel our family member has been ripped off. Wouldn't recommend.

   Safora and The Flower Shop team created two cheery, colourful bouquets of flowers for my Grandfather and Mother to help keeping them smiling through the COVID19 lockdown. Ordering was super easy through website and through e-mail/phone communication despite the fact that I am located in Canada. Service was personalized and friendly. Delivery was quick (Safora delivered them herself - talk about service!). The bouquets were beautiful and made the family so happy! The flowers from this shop always last a long time which is exactly what you want :) Will be ordering again.
