   I ordered 2 dozen red roses for my wife’s birthday. Danielle did the bouquet and it was magnificent and exceeded all expectations (which were pretty high). The roses are still going strong after nearly a fortnight. We had previously sent a bouquet to a sick friend and she was delighted with them. I will 100% use Simply Flowers again and would recommend them to anyone.

   Such a great florist, always have a beautiful selection of flowers and make stunning bouquets. We use this florist regularly for gifts at the medical practice and they always go down a treat. Easy and friendly to deal with and can order in person, online or over the phone. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local florist.

   I ordered a sympathy bouquet and a set of candles for a friend. it was delivered perfectly. I don't live in the area, so I had to phone and ask their guidance, the lady over the phone was ever so helpful, I even had to ring again! as I wasn't sure about something, she helped me patiently. they also kindly hand wrote my message on 2 cards, for an extra little touches, Fantastic service, I definitely recommend them, a couple of pictures of the flowers are attached, P.S. At first I was going to order from high street retailers, but I decided to use a local business, I felt like there is a person behind it not like a robot ordering system, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to receive same quality of service from a high street giant retailers. support your local businesses, they're there for us,

   Ordered a Posie for a family members funeral. I had no idea on how to order them and what colours to go for but the lady on phone was so lovely and patient. I would 100% recommend using them for flowers! The Posie was absolutely beautiful and I had so many people asking for the name of the flower shop I used.    Order 2 bunches of luxury Grand Pink Flowers which contains roses. I received 1 large rose and 1 stem of small rose in a bunch. The sales image clearly shows a number of roses. Didn't get what I ordered. Felt totally misled from the the images stated. I understand if you don't have the stock and need to use alternative but at least make it look close to what I've ordered. It was wrapped in basic brown paper with raffia to tie it despite the sales image was tied with ribbon... If you had made more of an effort to be presentable, I might have been happy. These both were a mothers day gift and it just looks like a standard bunch. LUXURY AND GRAND did not appear in these bunches at all. I spent £40 on each luxury bunch and paid extra for delivery. Emailed them what I received, and was told flowers will differ and that the price I pay is premium because its mother's day. Honestly can say you don't get what you pay for.
