I made an order last minute via instagram for Mother’s Day. They responded so quickly and had excellent communication skills. Not only that my order came so quickly. I ordered hajj Mubarak balloons through Instagram. Balloons looked amazing and service was great. Lady at the front, also made me a custom gift box last minute which I was so grateful for. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Ordered a helium personalised balloon. Placed the order on Instagram before opening hours and was ready within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the customer service and the quality of the balloon. Absolutely loved it!
Last minute order placed in shop 28/12/2022. The girls in shop helped with colour and wording on the balloon for my nephew's Qur'an Khatham. It was better than perfect. Highly recommended, good customer service and phoned me when ready to collect.
From the minute you walk in the service is brilliant, I’ve used balloon land a couple of times now & just recently used them for my new salon opening balloons with my salon logo on them, so easy I emailed my logo over, told them my colour scheme and they were absolutely spot on! Everyone loved and asked me where I had the balloons done! So lucky having somewhere like this close to home! I’ll always use balloon land now! Thanks guys x
