   I live in Perth Western Australia. I have used Wynn's Florists 3 times now, having ordered twice by phone calls and this last time, 16th December via their online website. The flower arrangements have been Brilliant! Delivered on time for the occasion, with very professional staff all round! A right Royal treatment! Thank you Wynn's! Love from us in Aus!    I called in for a same day delivery to a colleague after hearing some good news and wanted to show appreciation and celebrate her. The lady at Wynne's Flower Vibes could not have been more helpful, cramming our delivery into the last run and when tasked with "bold, bright and eclectic" put together the perfect bouquet to put a smile on the face of someone who has been amazing.

   Just seen the response from the owner.Update. You said you tried to deliver them yet you told my daughter it was your son. (third 'untruth') The neighbour you speak of has dogs and make a great deal of noise if any one approached, and has a camera, no one entered her gate especially as it was locked!! Do you wonder I was upset and your attitude is unbelieveable, I am the customer and you mocked me. Funny my daughter stated what a bad attitude you had the second you rang her 2 days after Mothers day stating ' when's your mum picking her flowers up she paid £11.50 for YOU to deliver to ME! So you expect her to be happy? She is a successful multi business owner and knows how to act so please don't lie about my daughter, she has class. YOU failed to deliver flowers on Mothers day (even though I was home all day). Yet you have the attitude when YOU let my daughter and me down with flowers over £60!Spoke to you but didn't think an owner of a customer facing company would be so unbelievably rude! who had the worse attitude. Stated they tried to deliver them to neighbours ' either side' . Firstly I never stated who I was or where I lived, secondly I don't have a neighbour on one side ! Spoke to all my other neighbours and no one was asked to take flowers in. I doubt they ever actually Tried to deliver . Upsetting for my daughter who paid for Mothers Day flowers that never arrived, Not one apology , nothing!

   Put an order through online - great prices. The day before delivery I found out the address needed changing to an out of area address instead so I rang them. The guy sorted it with another florist immediately - equivalent items and honoured the price. He offered to do this rather than me have it delivered elsewhere! Outstanding service and I will definitely use them again. Its a breath of fresh air to see genuine, dedicated customer service like this. Thanks team!
