   The flowers are amazing but the seller needs to take a course on customer service skills, seems extremely rude and off puttish. Due to the poor customer service, I will not be buying flowers from here AGAIN, seller needs to do better really, not worth losing customers because you couldn’t be friendly is wild.

   I’ve been a regular customer for the past few years, but the last purchase has been utterly disappointing. Some of the flowers (the main attraction of the bouquet) looked wilted and dead the next day after purchasing, so had to remove them from the vase so the rest won’t die. £60 worth of flowers lasting no more than 2-3 days, meanwhile M&S flowers last more than a week for half the price. Won’t be returning again
