   I was disappointed with my experience with Precious Things, especially after providing detailed inspiration and specific requests for my wedding florals. I sent clear reference images of the centrepieces I wanted — with red roses, sunflowers, and white baby's breath — but they chose to use different yellow flowers, which made the centrepieces look cheap and underwhelming on the day. The agreement was to only use the smaller yellow flowers in the boutonnière for the groom (since small sunflowers were hard to source), yet these were used across the centrepieces instead, against what we discussed. The tea lights and fairy lights didn’t even last through the wedding breakfast, which started at 2:15 PM — just a couple of hours after the midday ceremony. The bridal bouquet was okay. Overall, while some elements were acceptable, the outcome did not reflect what I asked for or was promised. For such an important day, this was disheartening.

You transformed the William Turner Suite into something dreamy and magical, and I am still in awe on how beautiful everything looked. All our guests were complimenting how beautiful the table settings were. The flower arrangements, most especially, were so gorgeous! I really can't put into words how happy we are for what you did. Thank you for putting up with all the stress w/ the planning! We really appreciate it

   Precious Things dressed the venue and provided the bridal bouquet and flowers for our registrar table/top table for our wedding in January 2018. We were absolutely delighted we choose Precious Things - they listened to our requirements as well as guiding and reassuring us throughout the whole process. Our venue was dressed gorgeously and the flowers were exactly as we expected and so beautiful. One final comment - this company were reliable. We organised our wedding in a short time scale (8 weeks) and whilst it was a busy period for them leading up to our wedding (with Christmas and New Year) they were so supportive and we felt reassured they would deliver what they promised, and they did! Highly recommended.
