   I contacted Flourish Manchester from Australia after seeing some photos on Insta, and requested a quote for a special 90th birthday gift - a bunch of 90 roses in pastel colours. I was quoted GBP 1.50 per stem. Then when I placed the order, I was told it would be GBP 2 per stem. I queried, and was told we could pay the 1.50 but the quality wouldn't be as good, whereas if we paid 2 per stem "I can confidently secure the top-tier roses — best of the best." I had also specified that I wanted greenery throughout, not just a bunch of roses on their own (which the owner confirmed - "a touch of greenery woven through the arrangement to break it up visually"). When the flowers arrived, there was no greenery, and the roses were clearly old, with obvious browning to the petals. I emailed the owner to politely express my disappointment, but he didn't even bother to reply. I would certainly never use this florist again. The photo shown here was taken within an hour of their arrival. They didn't even last a week.

   My friend gave me a bouquet from your floral studio. I don’t know where your florists are trained, but the bouquet was literally taped together with regular tape — no ribbon at all. Only the middle was tied with floral string. But that’s not even the main issue. When I took the bouquet apart, I discovered that about 70% of the flowers were rotten. Honestly, it was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

   They did well in creating the bouquet I liked however they didn’t arrange the flowers well at all could have made some attention to detail. The staff was extremely rude at collection some lady. I simply asked if she could rearrange it and she said get a refund and go somewhere else but it’s a custom set how rude to say that to a customer it wasn’t a big ask next time do the job right and well so you don’t have to do it second. They also don’t give flower food so my £50 set of flowers were falling apart day 3.

   got my beautiful monstera from here and the whole experience was lovely. American (I think) lady on the desk gave me loads of advice on how to care for my plant and has also given me advise over the phone which is an extra level of care you don’t get from many shops. Love this shop

   Amazing!! I got this beautiful bouquet for £2 since it was on clearance? I don’t know even know why since it was perfect! I have had it for more than 2 weeks in my apartment and it’s still In impeccable condition. Also the essence that comes with the bouquet is to die for. 100% recommend.
