   Hi guys. I decided to order flowers from Bethany for the first time. I came one day before to order in advance. At the actual place they had very little variety to choose from. On the second picture was my reference. First picture- what I got for 85£ They had no hat boxes at the place and they had no red roses too. So i have been asked to pay full amount in advance. It was 85£ for a minute!!!! 15£ for the box thats ok. But that bouquet does not cost 70£! It has just 7 very small roses. She showed me roses at place they where x2 bigger and costed £3.5 each and she promised me i will have the same size but red! Guys look at my 3rd and last pictures!!! It is day 4 since it was collected—Flowers died! They definitely WAS NOT even fresh!! Worst experience! Very disappointed! I could get the same from ALDI for 8£ And She rang me and postponed my collection. Moved it forward +1h it was fine because i wasn’t in a rush.

   Bethany and her team certainly did not disappoint when they provided our wedding florals. We had an initial consultation where we discussed our ideas, themes and price range. Bethany was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout. We were so happy with our bouquets and buttonholes provided, as well as fresh flowers to decorate my cake and a top table decoration. The whole process was stress free and exciting. 11/10!    Bethany and her team created the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and centrepieces I’ve ever seen. I’m not being over dramatic! I asked Bethany for bright colours - pinks, lilac, yellow and orange. I was happy for Bethany for pick the flowers so when she arrived with them it was a wonderful surprise. I actually didn’t put my bouquet down all day other than eating our meal. I didn’t want to be without it because I just loved the colours so much. Bethany also made our church look stunning then transferred them from church over to Manchester Hall to be our table centrepieces. It all happened seamlessly because I have no idea when she did it! But by the time we were having our meal the church flowers were ready to go. So many people complimented our flowers and I’m just so pleased that Bethany and her team made them for us. Thanks so much!!

After the first purchase my mother commented that the bouquet was the most beautiful and long lasting she had ever had.    Provided our wedding flowers, centrepieces and moongate in August. The arrangements were absolutely stunning, everybody commented on how beautiful they looked. All of the extras such as candles, vases, Plinths and tea lights were all perfect too. Customer service was outstanding and they were very accommodating of a date change and additions to the order; including thank you bouquets for our mothers which were also beautiful!

   After doing lots of research of florists around Manchester we found Flowers by Jemma Holmes. Bethany was incredible from the first appointment to the actual wedding day. We had to postpone our wedding three times due to COVID and Bethany was so kind and understanding throughout this turbulent time. Bethany was wonderful with getting back to me quickly, any time I had a question or wanted to amend my order she responded the same day and always had amazingly creative ideas for the flowers or designs that I wanted. Bethany was so calm and professional even when we had problems with the venue not letting any vendors into the wedding before 9am (the wedding was a 12pm) she came early and started setting up her beautiful creations outside of the venue so everything was ready on time. Once she had finished the venue took my breath away it was everything I always wanted and more. All our guests commented on how beautiful both the reception and ceremony rooms looked and with all the foliage that she used it smelt amazing too and made us feel like we were getting married outside! If you are looking for a wedding florist Bethany is the person to use I cannot recommend her highly enough.
