Have ordered plenty of flowers from Ken Fraser Florist and they are always very VERY well put together and very well received. Prompt delivery everytime and when you order for collection you are kept up to date throughout. They also do boxes of chocolates too which are very good value for Money. Highly recommended.
Shocking customer service. I phoned the store and kindly asked for a £15 hand tied to only be laughed at and told they haven’t done one of these for 30 years. Funny that because I literally got exactly this from you a few months ago. I told them this but apparently that’s not true!! I’ve now gone to another florist and received exactly what I asked for!!!! Had you not laughed at me I may have been willing to pay your prices but not anymore. Lost a customer there. Well done folks!!!
I wouldn't go to any other florist after the service we received at Ken Fraser's Florist. They did a casket spray for my Dad's funeral and it was absolutely beautiful. Jam packed with flowers. My Mum said it was the most stunning arrangement she'd ever seen. The photo was taken almost 5 days later and as you can see it's still flowering beautifully. Thank you so much.
When i was let down for my wedding flowers, with just a month or so to go, these awesome people stepped in and have done a wonderful job of getting everything ready for me. I can now look forward to the day with no worries on that score.
Got the most stunning heart shaped wreath for my Dad's funeral from my Mum, absolutely beautiful and they were kind enough to check the delivery would suit my plans around funeral travel. I'd highly recommend them.
