   After one quote from Howdens and a look in Wren , B&Q etc thank god we just happen to be passing Emporium on a Sunday afternoon. Admittedly, first impressions was , we won’t get our kitchen on the budget we had . The quality and designs stood out from anything we had seen elsewhere. How wrong could we have been ! From sales , Design , contact with Office staff .delivery of kitchen , kitchen fitters , quartz top fitters , rubbish removal. There wasn’t one member of team that disappointed. Friendly , professional, on time and efficient.everything ran smoothly from day one . I can’t believe how happy we are with our beautiful bespoken kitchen . Thankyou to you all who made it possible Great company to deal with

   This review is written later than than we would have liked, but, better late than never.. We have now had our beautiful kitchen fitted for 10 months and love the wow factor it still gives us. Phil did a wonderful design and felt he went the extra mile to get us exactly what we wanted. All the staff were extremely helpful and answered the many questions we had (at any time). The fitters were EXCEPTIONAL. Attentive to detail and worked very hard to ensure every detail was perfect. Needless to say we would ( and have) recommended this company to all our friends.    We are thrilled with our new kitchen from the Kitchen Emporium. The service provided and the communication with the whole team was excellent throughout the project. The work commenced on the agreed date and within the planned timescale. The cabinet and worktop fitters, the electricians and the plasterer were all highly skilled as well as being helpful and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the kitchen. We would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

   We had our kitchen fitted by Kitchen Emporium last year as part of a major refurbishment. We waited 7 months, because they were extremely busy. We couldn’t meet our deadline, due to a few issues but they helped by arranging to move things around with an obliging customer. From Phil’s design, which helped us get the larder we wanted, to Dave’s fitting. The lad’s who fitted our quartz worktops (sorry I’m unsure of their names), all the team - Ian, Pam and Chris, who were very helpful when I had any queries. I cannot thank them enough, we are so pleased with the end result and I would not fail to recommend their services. It was exceptional from start to finish.

   We had a first class experience from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and offered wonderful advice and assistance throughout the design and installation process. The result is an absolutely stunning, thoughtfully designed fitted bedroom. After sales service was excellent too. This is our third purchase from The Kitchen Emporium, after a fitted kitchen and utility room. We cannot recommend this local company highly enough. A big thank you again to Ian and the team.

   We have just had our beautiful new kitchen completed and we couldn’t be any happier! After looking around other kitchen showrooms in Wigan and getting let down by over priced quotes and bad customer service we was recommended to go to Kitchen Emporium. And we are so glad we did! From the very first visit to the shop and meeting Pam, who was super helpful and Gave us all the information we needed and more!! To then sitting with Phil doing the kitchen design, who knows his stuff and we are so happy we went with his recommendations because honestly, our kitchen looks heavenly! And lastly, to the kitchen fitter Karol, who is such a hard worker and perfectionist. We are so glad we had him fitting our kitchen! The quality of products are second to none and the customer service is excellent! Kitchen Emporium have made what could of been one of the most stressful times in your life to feeling like it was a breeze! Everything went like clockwork. Thank you All. We will definitely recommend you to all our family and friends!

   We recently had a fitted kitchen by Kitchen emporium after waiting 7 months due to them being so busy and now I know why. From design by Phil through to installation by Karol it was first class. They manufacture the cabinets themselves and it really shows. Great price on Neff appliances too cheaper then the internet and high street and they were in stock! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish they even take away all the rubbish. Karol our installer was a craftsman his attention to detail was great he even boxed in the boiler pipes. We would strongly recommend Kitchen Emporium. We are so happy with our new kitchen. Job well done all round.

   We have just had our kitchen fitted by kitchen Emporium and we are delighted with the quality and finish. The fitters did a great job and were looking forward to using it once the decorating and electrics are completed. We looked at a number of companies before deciding to use kitchen Emporium and can’t fault the quality and workmanship. Well done to the team. The VR used is great so you can imagine how it’s going to look before it’s even fitted.
