Absolutely appalled by the way I was treated during our exchange of emails. I had asked for confirmation of me having gone to this school, but what I got was a reply of utter shock to me... they said they had no files on me whatsoever even though I attended this institution for multiple years during my youth. It is crazy to me that there somehow in some magical way, there no evidence of me. It's like I was completely erased... no wonder Oxford gave this school a need for improvement.
