Brilliant online service. Delivered in two days. Kept informed of progress of order throughout. Quality of goods excellent. I would buy more but some things always seem to be out of stock. Mind you, I'm not surprised with the fans wonderfully supporting the club financially. Keep going everyone.
Bought a shirt for Grandsons Birthday 2 weeks ago, was told that printing was not available at that time and to contact SWFC Store in 2 weeks. Have contacted the Store today and been informed that printing on shirts is not available due to ‘being in administration’. Not very good service.

The store has never been the best in what it offered but this year they have struck some deals with 3rd party sellers who provide retro style shirts which I love. For once the sizes of the replica kits are good going from sml to 6xl. Just wish they provided larger sizes for some of their other garments such as sweatshirts etc. It's a large store but can get very busy so expect to que.
Shop too big for the stock they have got. All good quality products tho.
Ordered a replica kit on line, but realised on order confirmation that delivery wasn't guaranteed for the timescale required. Took order confirmation to megastore whereby I collected the goods and had delivery costs refunded. Staff could not have been more helpful.
Rang several times to check we could get a name printed on a shirt. Nobody answered phone so eventually set off. When we got there printing not being done. Had travelled from Worksop so it was very frustrating and we only had grandson with us that day. The lady we spoke to was very apologetic and said it would be on the website when they were able to print. As far as I could see there was nothing on the website to say they weren't!
