   I worked there for 18 months and some of the SMT were very supportive but some of the SMT did not support me. I was made redundant and I felt unfairly treated as I was not allowed to give my greivances without any support. This led me to experiencing financial and serious mental health issues and straining relationships on my friends and family and thinking seriously about taking my own life due to the stress that I was going through due to the situation. I am not saying too much on here but feeling so low like I did was not nice and overall I felt very unhappy and upset about how the situation turned out.

   My son likes it but they're really bad at keeping parents informed on changes. Also very hard to get through to when needed and then even longer usually before you get a response for anything. Always hassle with transport. My son likes it there but from a parents point of view it is really in need of improvement.
