    The 5 star reviewer lives in Bradford - but bought school uniform from here?.Really? Make your own mind up. My own experience? No stock , and no idea if it would ever arrive. I seemed to be an inconvenience. Not the best customer 'service' I've ever had.

    Good selection of school attire with the local school logos. Friendly staff and helpful. Unfortunately the plain shirts and trousers are pricey though, so I needed to shop elsewhere for those items instead of being able to buy everything in one place.

    I do not recommend this shop. I bought the wrong shirts and went back to get a refund. They were £11.99 each for a pack of 2, mind!! Not that you find that out before you get to the counter because there are no prices on anything. Unfortunately nobody had told me that they do not do refunds and I didn’t see a sign anywhere. The woman behind the counter had a rude attitude which was very unprofessional. Huffing and puffing, moving things on the counter aggressively to let me know she was annoyed. Her colleagues weren’t much better either. Since I had no choice I went to see if I could get the right shirts and they didn’t have what I wanted. I wouldn’t have gone back if I was given a credit note because just wanted to leave the place, so I ended up getting ONE skirt for £19.99, yes you read that right, and a plain white T-Shirt to make up what I had spent! This shop is so expensive already and then they have a cheek not to do refunds. Rude staff. Extortionate prices. No price labels on the items and to top it all off they don’t do refunds. M&S for my daughter’s school cardigans next time.

    Realised that the uniform that cost me 75.93 here would have cost 64.46 to order online even taking into acount the 6.50 delivery charge. I cannot return the items as they only do credit notes. Take my advice and order online or you will be seriously out of pocket.
