   Just recently I very sadly lost a dear friend. And not really knowing how or what to order for the flower arrangement I decided to try Studio Flowers Atherton after they were recommended to me by another friend of mine who had used this business many times in the past and also quite recently. So going off the recommendation I placed my order over the phone to Carole, I felt in safe hands and left everything to Carole and Jane. On the day of my dear friends funeral l was not disappointed when I saw the most fabulous arrangement of my chosen spray o flowers together together with a very beautiful memorial card hand written and attached within the cellophane protection cover .The quoted price range was agreed , and I could not believe on seeing this beautiful arrangement that it did not cost me a fortune. I thank Jane and Carole for the absolute dedication on their part ,and I can honestly say without a doubt ,that I can recommend this Business and their staff a million percent.

   Was going to make up wrong flowers for a funeral, wanted payment upfront, wouldn’t provide an invoice. Jane was rude, insensitive, unsympathetic and offered no apology at any point. Ended up cancelling 2 days before funeral. How disappointing for Jane of Studio Flowers to respond and lie! No apology still! No mention that she was actually trying to make us have the wrong floral arrangement because she couldn’t be bothered sourcing what we had requested until the last minute, and then complained that it took her the whole day to find cream carnation’s! Beware customers this lady is very unprofessional and does not work to standard business practice. Thank goodness our local florist managed to complete our specific order within 2 hours and as usual was happy for us to pay when we had seen the arrangement and received it. DO NOT BE FORCED INTO ACCEPTING ANY FLOWERS YOU HAVEN’T ORDERED AND YOU SHOULD CERTAINLY ONLY PAY ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR ORDER!! I could go on!!
