   Awful customer service. Woman has bad attitude, pay for a bunch of flowers and she doesn't even leave a card in, when rang to say she's not left one in, "sometimes i do and sometimes i don't" bit of an absurd response. Clearly an inconsistent business, and will not be using again. Plenty more florists in the area that'll do a better job and more welcoming to do business with.

   Mandy at Lavender House designed and created beautiful flower arrangements, bouquets and buttonholes for our 30th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal. She was brilliant at suggesting ideas, colours and designs for our special day. We would most certainly order from Lavender House again, and recommend this florist for any type of accasion.

   Popped into the shop on Friday, excellent service considering I didn’t pre order anything. Can’t say I’m an expert when it comes to bouquets but everyone seems to like what was put together, it just seems to me that four days isn’t very long before they were mostly dead. In comparison my wife received 5 bouquets for her birthday and all the others are still going strong
