I went to them to make flowers for my dad's funeral, they were absolutely stunning. I told them exactly what I wanted the colours & flowers the young girl was so patient with me, nothing was to much trouble. We had a 4ft coffin spray, 2 x heart wreaths & 1 x circle wreath. Everyone commented how beautiful they were, really pleased with them couldn't of asked for more, will definitely recommend this flower shop.
The Bows and Roses team are quite simply, angels! They provide such a fabulous service, with beautiful blooms and incredible care. I always feel better after speaking to Rachel and placing an order for my mum-in-law...and every time her creations bring such joy and show such love. Very impressed with the service I ordered through the website it is super easy and they take any extra comments you leave on board in regards to what you’re after. Also fantastic value for money! I wanted to send flowers to a client in Wigan and was looking for a small independent florist - I'm out of the area, so found Bows and Roses through a Google search. The photos of their online arrangements caught my eye, because they looked stylish and different to all the standard "Interflora" styles - I hopped on the phone as I had a special request. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and asking for flowers to be in my client's brand colours was not a problem. The flowers were delivered same day, my client was delighted and so was I. Unbelievable customer service and compassion from the outset until delivery of beautiful flowers. I was in a mess following my mum's death. I made 4 phone calls and every time, Jess was professional, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up buying the last 4 hanging baskets to commemorate mum.
