   My college told that juniper training brierley hill do an pre apprenticeship programme for 6 months and which they don't it is a liar and a waste of time for people On 26 August i went to juniper training the person who shows us around was Joe he didn't mention anything about pre apprenticeship programme transport wise and exam he just said customer service or work skills and after the tour he told regan will called he didn't called me On 2 September I called juniper training first time they didn't answer then called the second time then i said i want to speak to regan the idiot didn't mention anything about pre apprenticeship programme what you says to college and website he told me to come on 10 September at 11am I called again on 9 September about what do they offer transport wise bus pass as a teacher told they offer bus pass they shut the phone on me rude attitude I went 10 September staff were ignoring student and the place is tight limited class isn't a college it a dump regan the idiot was giving me attitude already did my BKSB when I finished my BKSB he said you fined on your English but not math I said okay he said the dopey person regan I goinc to called to discuss if I going to put you on he never called waited for the called Then I called regan the lost person on 22 September saying you didn't called me and are you going to put me on he said no I said you waste my time you should have told me in the first place I could have done something he shut the phone on me Zero cuz of the stupid lost dopey person regan lucky I got a space in college Won't recommend it cuz of regan get him our he can't do this job bloody lost dopey person get him out not helping instead of wasting people times

   The staff are so polite and welcoming and always encourage me to work my best but also to feel like you can open up to them. The work is a breeze and the staff will always help you find another way to understand it and try different methods with you which makes you feel so much better because it’s less pressure and they never make you do anything your not ready for or uncomfortable with.

   My daughter and I visited your training centre yesterday with apprehension as neither of us knew quite what to expect. On entering the building we were warmly welcomed and introduced to Sam the recruitment officer who took us into one of the classrooms and then introduced us to the lovely Alice the SEND tutor and Kayley the teaching assistant. Once we sat down we were offered refreshments and made to feel so welcome. Alice then began explaining to us all the different learning and training that they do and everything that it involves in great detail. I was extremely impressed to say the least. During the conversation it was obvious that my daughter was feeling agitated while we were talking so Kayley gave her a fidget toy which helped considerably. Alice then took me and my daughter for a tour of the building explaining what every room was used for and also introducing us the different members of staff that we met along the way which were all very friendly and welcoming especially Lisa the performance manager who spoke to us both in her office offering her vast knowledge of the training and also her staff. My daughter and I were both extremely impressed by both the staff and all the training that was available. Before we left my daughter was given a goody bag with some treats, training information and contact details and we were both told if we were to have any more questions not to hesitate to get in touch and they’d be more than happy to answer them. To sum up our visit I would say it was amazing and in all honesty I’d like to enrol myself however I don’t fit the criteria unfortunately. What i will say is if anyone is looking for somewhere for their child to do some training then this is most definitely the place that they should go without a doubt.    The most Disorganised business/training centre I’ve came across not just here but Wolverhampton branch too. No one knows what’s happening or what’s going on. Gladly can’t wait until my apprenticeship with you is over. From the very get go it’s been nothing but havoc! No guide on how to use smart assessor, waited over a month for my maths lessons to be changed to a different date. And now no Notification to that my maths exam was cancelled so I drove just over 30 minutes here paid to park waited 40 minutes after hearing conversations with staff members saying what room is she doing it in there’s no rooms free there’s no invigilator I lost hope and then for a member of staff to say it had been cancelled and that someone should of let me known seem like no one can organise or do their job properly here and I have quite frankly had enough with juniper. I wouldn’t recommend and I can’t wait for my end date!

   Tutors don't know how to accommodate students with ehcp plans. They don't follow your child's plan. Would not recommend anybody goes to this college

   I was asked to carry out quality assurance for this company and completed this work. They got the work done and then refused to pay. The previous payment was a month late with no valid excuse as to why. I would avoid working for this company if you are asked. I have graded it one star because I cannot leave no stars. This company does not pay their Bill's. Bear this in mind if they ask you to work for them.
