I believe this is one of the best nurseries, my child has been attending this nursery from six months, the staff are amazing, the receptionist is always very helpful
My brother bashed his head and she didn’t think to call me because it happened 30 minutes before him finishing nursery not only that they left him in a nappy from 12:40pm till 6pm and their excuse was they didn’t know he had a nappy on so my guess is they don’t toilet the kids properly also the receptionist and one of the staff are very argumentative which it scary because they’re left to watch our children. They don’t deserve a job at the nursery and if I’m honest I’m surprised the receptionist is still working there after seeing people complaining about the same thing.

Great place from early age to 17 years for children with Special need. My children over years have been attending Phoenix Day Centre. They always tell me mum we had fun. Staff are welcoming and friendly. I will recommend this place to all parents and career for peace of mind.
I was a bit sceptical to send my daughter to this nursery as i had seen that this nursery had failed ofsted but had somehow managed to squeeze a pass on there most recent one which was still over a year old. i had also seen quite bad reviews but had also seen some good ones so i gave them a chance as close to my home and handy. First thoughts were its not the prettiest of places very dated it was little all over the place if I'm totally honest not much routine etc. My daughter did not enjoy her experience there one bit it was horrible to go to work she screamed to be left everyday and at first i thought maybe just because she's leaving me and her age so i overlooked this at the time but she hated to go and always came home in quite heavy nappies like she was not been changed often. I payed over a 1000 a month but still had to supply my own nappies and wipes etc. it was for these reasons only a few month after she started i decided to take her out of Phoenix and move her to another setting she was instantly a different child she absolutely adored this new nursery and was always happy to go she gets so excited when we arrive she was literally always dry and changed. same price was paid for fees but nappies and everything were included the setting itself has much more facilities aswell. Phoenix failed an ofsted for a reason and you can see that with a quick check on ofsted site it should tell you everything you need to know about the place don't make the same mistake i did by giving them the benefit of doubt. I now have to pay fees that i never even occured because they kept my daughter on the books months after she left the nursery they even went as far as to forge letters i never received asif my daughter still attended again i never received one letter so this is all a big lie on there behalf because i stupidly just gave verbal notice at the desk the month before she left I'm now stuck paying these fraudulent fees on top of my own nursery fees because otherwise will effect my credit rating and as single mum who's been working trying to support my family i think this business is a shambles in every way i will be looking into a solicitor etc to see if there is anything i can do legally. but until them i have well and truly been scammed and my daughter hated her experience here awful place needs shutting down in my opinion.
