Ordered planters; arrived broken; couldn't refund without postage label which they refused to provide asking me to pay out of pocket for postage. completely awful customer service.
I ordered some drawer slides through Amazon from Stolmet UK They refunded 3 days later but didn't cancel the order instead claiming I had returned the items. When I contacted them to query it they said the drawer slides would still be delivered. I didn't believe them so asked if they had actually despatched them. They then admitted that they hadn't and asked me to reorder them. Not a chance. I'll be ordering them from elsewhere as they are clearly clueless. I would advise anyone who may be thinking of ordering from them to look elsewhere.
Wrong hinges supplied costing over twice the price of the ones I ordered. Email in box full, don't answer the phone, pretty useless, avoid.
Cabinet handles ordered, one was missing, one chipped, no screws provided, tried to call stolmet Ltd who supplied the items on several occasions but there was no reply, the box containing the cabinet handles was falling apart and held together with brown tape, won't be ordering from stolmet again, not so great customer service
Whatever you do, avoid this lot. Absolute amateurs. I ordered something from them months ago, fully paid. And still nothing. They wont answer my calls. Will be going to a solicitor if I have to.
un cooperative when things go wrong terrible company ,if you value your money don`t buy from them
