   Simply, if you are looking for a kitchen specialist just look elsewhere. BKNC was the original kitchen fitter to our house as such we approached them to discuss some additional storage kitchen units. The local fitter was helpful and he brought us in touch with Caroline from the sales team. Unfortunately the interactions with Caroline have been simply dreadful. No promises kept, no follow ups, no next steps. She is definitely the wrong person for a sales role. It took approximately 4 weeks and many phone calls for Caroline to arrange someone to come over and take the measurements. Next step was then for her to prepare a quote. It took us 5 calls and 2 months, were she has been saying that will follow up to receive the measurements, prepare the quote, get in touch for an update, arrange the fitting process etc. After 3 months, a complete initial consultation, measurements taken and more than 8 phone calls, she came back saying they can not make the additional unit as they do not do bespoke work. If that’s the case, what exactly she did not understand through out all the previous discussions?!Plus that’s not correct as I’m aware that they have done additional work for some neighbours. Definitely I would not trust those guys to do any work for our house

   One of their vans was speeding on my road, and killed a loved neighbourly cat. The driver did not hesitate or stop, but continued to drive on. While I and a friend were left to take this poor cat to the vets, which unfortunately did not make it. The owner is devastated. I called this company up to speak with a manager, who has not called back which is very upsetting. Just because it's not law (yet) to stop, it's common decency.
