   ProCook used to be great, but sadly not now. Bought a titanium pan, made in Germany which has lasted well for over 15 years. More recently I purchased a wok which looked similar to the pan but was made in China. I had to return this within a month as the nonstick cover was peeling off. Had a similar issue with a set of steak knives which started coroding. One of the knives had the end snap clean off because of the poor quality materials used, which is also potentially dangerous! Taking this up with Procook, but as the steak knives were bought for me as a gift, I have no proof of purchase and so I'm stuck with them. Also purchased a pizza stone following the promise of nice crispy pizza bases. In reality you have to scrape your soggy pizza off the stone. Their prices may look tempting with big offers but the quality is pretty poor. Pretty much everything I bought has been returned. Customer services seem to take pride in making things more difficult.

   Served by a lovely lady called Kathy today. No pressure sales pitch. We bought a fabulous saute pan & a set of 2 chopping boards. Saute pan was reduced to £39.99 from £85.00 so a bargain aswell. Thank you Kathy. Made up with our purchases.

   I went for some knives for a gift today and must say I was very pleased with the whole experience. I was served promptly and professionally by Tracey who brought knives out for me to test, which really helped me with my purchase as the selection available was great! Tracey couldn't do enough for us and that is how customer service should be! Will definitely go back.
