I’m leaving this review as a result of post graduation procedures. They kept telling me I owed them money and can’t get my certificate even though I’d paid. It was a back and forth nightmare for months due to systems being down. Once that was clarified, I’ve been struggling ever since to obtain my certificates. Months later it’s again, due to “systems” being down. This uni needs to invest in its resources and infrastructure more.
