Before collecting the child through the window of the door, I saw how the nursery worker Rizwana came running angrily, grabbed my child and started shaking his hands roughly and dragged him to the back of the classroom for nothing, so how do they behave ant treat when the child does something? I had to see all this, and when I opened the classroom door she ran away, I didn't get an answer why? The lead manager said there will be an investigation for 2 weeks and I will be notified of the answer, we have been in another nursery for 3 months, I still haven't received an answer, I must to report it to police. When I came to pick up the child, I had to hear many times how other teachers misbehave with children - yell at them, use completely inappropriate parenting methods. One day the child came home with a bloody skin ripped nose, I didn't get any explanation from the nursery, the child was returned by the same worker Rizwana - now we have a scar on the nose. When we come to the nursery the next morning, area manager asks what happened to your child's nose ! I do not recommend this nursery to anyone.

Avoid avoid avoid! Avoid this nursery or should I say financial establishment at all Costs! Money orientated business. My son attended the nursery in April of 2022, I was paying £494 a month and any sign of a slight sniffle I was told to keep him at home for 5 days at a time after the date of notification not when his symptoms started. The nursery was NOT following government guidelines. This was a regular occurrence. On top of this there was very little communication regarding my sons day at nursery (the few days he did attend) when asking one of the nursery teachers if my son had ate well she responded he had. I asked what he had ate and she said she didn’t know I would have to check the menu online!?? Eventually we came to the decision that we were paying for our son to sit at home and decided to give in our notice and terminate the agreement. Notice was given as per the contractual agreement. The termination form was filled out as advised by the manager verbally over the phone - who was putting off meeting with me in person and who then later on in court denied this. Tip: Ensure to communicate in writing when attempting to communicate with the nursery. This nursery then decided to go ahead and try and charge us for an extra month!! When we contested this payment we were sent court proceedings and an invoice that totalled in over £1200. Upon attending court the judge ruled in our favour. This establishment shows no values and ethics and the business element of the establishment strongly overpowers the educational needs of a child’s well-being and development. Would advise against sending your precious ones here.

Our son has attended for almost four years since he was only a baby and we are delighted with this setting. The staff are truly like an extension of our family and have excellent relationships with the children. Sessions are well organised with lots of activity and variety. The food is home cooked and nutritious. All cultures are celebrated and respected. We could not ask for more and can highly recommend to all parents.

My daughter loved this nursery and the staff were lovely, this soon changed! I told staff when my child started that she was NOT to sleep through the day. They didn’t listen. Then a member of staff advised me to shorten my child’s days for her benefit, whilst in a meeting discussing her change in days I was told that they won’t change her days and times again but will allow it this once! It was not me who suggested it, it was the staff but the member of staff who made the decision sat there and allowed me to take the blame for it. My child attended from 9-2. I picked her up once and read her sleep chart, she had been asleep from 11:22 until I picked her up, when they had to wake her! Please tell me how it is acceptable for a child of 2 years old to sleep for 2 and a half hours a day? What exactly Are you teaching her? When is she interacting with staff and children? Then when I returned for her Monday session I told staff I didn’t want her to sleep anymore from which I was told that my child HAD to have a sleep as she was under 3. I left the nursery in tears, I am her mother and I decide if she sleeps or not!! I could not settle my child until 3 in the morning after her sleeping for 2 and a half hours so please tell me how that benefits my child? It doesn’t! I was extremely disappointed as my only options were to leave and wait for a meeting (where I would be told my child had to sleep) or to leave my child there knowing she would be made to go to sleep against my wishes! What a disappointment

As an organisation, pretty abysmal. Little or no correspondence regarding upcoming events/schedule changes. Lots of confusion regarding payments, asking for payments that had been made, and again, lack of correspondence to help with this. No notification of end of contract (contract states 3 days notice by email) so our child didn’t have a chance to say goodbye to friends. Nice new building and facilities but in reality, very poorly organised. Sarah, in particular was great with our kids as were 1 or 2 others, but recent management are very cold, rude, arrogant and uncompromising.
